A top valve customer wants large size gate valves equipped with vertical indicator post. Only one factory in China has the ability to produce both, and its price is quite high. After days of research, we came up with a better solution for our customer: separating the production of valves and the indicator posts into 2 factories. In this way, we successfully reduced the cost by more than 30% for our customers.

Besides, to ensure the valves function well with the indicator posts, we supervised the installation process and tested the valves. Our customer was satisfied and cooperated with us more closely afterwards.
